These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the vinpk platform, including the casino, sportsbook, payment facilities and all related services. Please read them carefully before registering or depositing.

1.3 vinpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts where age cannot be verified may be suspended, and any winnings derived from such accounts may be forfeited.
1.4 vinpk does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. The platform makes no representations that its services are lawful in your specific location.
2.1 Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) account on the vinpk platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Where vinpk identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, void outstanding bets and forfeit any balances therein.
2.2 You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vinpk shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
2.4 You must notify vinpk support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. vinpk may suspend your account pending investigation upon receiving such notice.
2.5 Account access is subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. vinpk may request identity documents (CNIC, passport), proof of address and payment method verification at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
3.1 Deposits to a vinpk account may be made using the payment methods currently offered on the platform, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
3.2 The minimum deposit is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred). vinpk processes all transactions in PKR. Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any resulting conversion costs are borne by the account holder.
3.3 Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being fully completed. vinpk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required verification documents have been reviewed and approved. Standard processing time for PKR withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa is within 24 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days.
3.4 vinpk reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms, vinpk may freeze funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.
3.5 Any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider in connection with a deposit or withdrawal are your sole responsibility.
4.1 vinpk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback or other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, wagering requirements and expiry conditions, which will be published alongside the offer.
4.2 Bonuses are issued at vinpk's sole discretion. vinpk reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Where a bonus is credited to your account, applicable wagering requirements must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
4.4 Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
5.1 All games offered on the vinpk platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. vinpk is not responsible for errors in game software provided by third-party studios, though it will use reasonable efforts to ensure such errors are corrected or that affected bets are voided in accordance with the provider's policies.
5.2 vinpk reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has concluded, or any bet placed using information not available to the general public at the time of wagering.
5.3 In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or transaction, vinpk will apply the resolution procedure of the relevant game provider. Where no such procedure exists, vinpk's decision shall be final and binding.
5.4 The use of any automated system, bot, script or exploit to gain an unfair advantage on the vinpk platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vinpk platform:
6.2 Where vinpk reasonably suspects that any of the above activities have occurred, it may immediately suspend or close the relevant account(s), void associated bets and forfeit any balances. vinpk may also report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
7.1 vinpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) vinpk is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) vinpk suspects fraudulent or abusive activity; or (d) vinpk decides to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.
7.2 You may close your vinpk account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.
7.3 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, vinpk is entitled to forfeit the entire account balance, including any winnings, pending withdrawals and bonus funds.
8.1 The vinpk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vinpk excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8.2 vinpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss arising from platform downtime.
8.3 vinpk's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.1 vinpk collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
9.2 vinpk uses personal data collected during registration and KYC verification to administer your account, process transactions, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
